Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Paducah, KY
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts

Our client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and evidence-based behavioral support. This is an opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, support families and caregivers, mentor clinical staff, and help clients achieve meaningful progress.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral treatment plans
- Conduct clinical assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support staff development
- Train staff and families on ABA techniques and behavior intervention plans
- Develop parent-training goals and participate in family training
- Monitor progress, establish measurable goals, and maintain clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Mentor individuals pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
