Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain clinical documentation and uphold BACB standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree required
- BCBA certification required
- Pennsylvania LBS required
