The BCBA will conduct assessments, design and monitor behavior intervention plans, and deliver data-driven, person-centered supports that promote independence, life skills, and social engagement. This role includes supervision and training of staff, collaboration with families and interdisciplinary partners, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.
