Job Summary
New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Ocala, FL. As a BCBA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with children and their families to diagnose, assess, and treat behavioral disorders. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Lead the implementation of behavioral treatment plans, working closely with families and other professionals
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Provide training and consultation to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavioral techniques and strategies
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis, incorporating new knowledge into practice
Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
