Job Overview
RISE Inc. seeks a board certified behavior analyst to join its clinic team in Oakland, FL. The role supports families who need structured, evidence-based ABA services, provides mentorship and professional development, and helps maintain the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
- Manage a 32‑hour weekly caseload, including direct services, supervision, and caregiver skills training.
- Provide weekly supervision and coaching to registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
- Deliver caregiver training sessions and review data to adjust programming on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with peer behavior analysts and the clinical director for daily clinical problem solving.
- Attend monthly BCBA and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.
- Experience working in a clinic setting and collaborating with treatment teams.
- Professional, organized, and able to communicate clearly.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to move, including kneeling, sitting, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
