- Help children and families learn new skills and techniques through applied behavior analysis therapy
- Create individualized pediatric treatment programs tailored to each patient's needs
- Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting
- Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model
- Carry a caseload of patients and partner with the Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes
- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
- Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans
- Coach and empower parents and caregivers to apply ABA principles and interventions outside sessions
- Coordinate care with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals
- Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
