Board Certified Behavior AnalystOur client is seeking a compassionate and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their state-of-the-art behavioral clinic. This role involves working with children with autism and their families, providing support and training to ensure effective therapy. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving the lives of families and children through innovative behavioral analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesConducting assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventionsDesigning, executing and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programsOverseeing implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other employeesTraining, designing behavioral systems, and performance managementFacilitating parent meetings/parent training to ensure consistency between the home and clinicCompleting comprehensive goals for clients and completing reports for all necessary documentation requirements related to reimbursement from insurance companies and for review by clientsWorking collaboratively with other professionals involved in clients caseStaying current with research and new methodologiesOther activities generally performed by a BCBA that are directly related to behavioral analysisQualificationsApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (1+ years)Bachelor's degree or higherValid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Michigan (MI)CompanyMichigan's Autism Therapy Leader Personalized Support.
