Role Description

We are hiring a contractor for both full-time and part -time positions, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Melbourne, FL. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and analyze data to guide ongoing clinical decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, modeling best practices, and ensuring treatment fidelity. The role also involves collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members, providing parent and caregiver training, and maintaining thorough, timely documentation in line with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidate should possess strong Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills, including assessment, intervention design, and data-driven treatment evaluation.
  • Candidate should possess skills in Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and support social, emotional, and adaptive development.
  • Candidate should possess Parent Education skills to coach caregivers in implementing strategies across home, school, and community environments.
  • Current BCBA certification and adherence to Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethical guidelines.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and young adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities in clinical, home, or school settings.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne Beach, FL, with reliable transportation and flexibility to provide services across multiple settings as needed.
