About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. You will also maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour
Full-Time: 5- 15 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master\'s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
