Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct skill and behaviour assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
  • Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
  • Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
  • Collect, analyse, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
  • Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
  • Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
  • Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and attend companytrainingand meetings.
  • Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.

Compensation and Schedule

  • Competitive pay, flexible hours
  • Full-Time or Part-Time Available — Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time
  • Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits asrequired

Skills and Qualifications

  • BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB.
  • State licensure whererequired(licensure support available).
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, ora relateddiscipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communicationand leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure.
  • Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date —we’llguide you through it).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.
