Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct skill and behaviour assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices.
- Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours).
- Collect, analyse, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions.
- Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
- Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
- Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and attend companytrainingand meetings.
- Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements.
Compensation and Schedule
- Competitive pay, flexible hours
- Full-Time or Part-Time Available — Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time
- Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits asrequired
Skills and Qualifications
- BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB.
- State licensure whererequired(licensure support available).
- Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, ora relateddiscipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communicationand leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure.
- Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date —we’llguide you through it).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Required completion of the 8-hour BACB supervision course.
