Position Summary
As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality ABA services by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families, and monitoring client progress. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines.
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and participate in team meetings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (where applicable).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
