Position Summary

As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality ABA services by conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families, and monitoring client progress. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and participate in team meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active state licensure (where applicable).
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
