- Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions
- Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery
- Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
- Conduct and oversee VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Behavior Assessments, and skill acquisition assessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data
- Conduct parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization
- Review treatment progress and recommendations
- Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements
- Maintain timely clinical reports and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies
- Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching
- Assist with onboarding and competency development
- Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director, RBTs, ABA Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, schools and IEP teams, physicians, and community providers
- Work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical clinical practice
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: experience supervising RBTs
- Preferred: experience conducting caregiver training
- Preferred: leadership or mentorship experience
- Preferred: experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
