Work Overview

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide specialized behavioral intervention, assessment services and support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans and providing first time or short term interventions to clients. Additionally, this role would review treatment plans that require clinical feedback, review of Behavior intervention Plans and will provide clinical consultation with network providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessment of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and produce assessment report including a recommendation for treatment and supervision hours.
  • Assure clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly and offers are made to caregivers/clients to meet requirements.
  • Attend and support stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs. Provide collaboration opportunities with teaching staff.
  • Select and deliver appropriate interventions to clients experiencing gaps in care.
  • Observe and assess client skills and progress to inform recommendations for ongoing intervention and behavioral programming.
  • Manage a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders.
  • Provide continuous support, guidance and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Technicians.
  • Remain compliant with BABCB requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with service providers on clients' treatment and progress.
  • Attain and achieve competencies in relation to role responsibility.

Requirements

  • Must have a Texas LBA certification.
  • Active BCBA Certification.
  • Completed 8 hour supervision training.
  • Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
  • Great customer service skills.
