Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide on-site ABA services to children and families in Houston, TX in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of interventions in home, clinic, and community settings. The BCBA will provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. The role also involves collaborating closely with families to provide parent education, monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The BCBA will participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, contribute to professional development activities, and help maintain a supportive, inclusive environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Experience in Parent Education, including coaching caregivers, providing training, and supporting family involvement in treatment.
• Background in Psychology and Behavior Management, with skills in assessing behavior, developing interventions, and promoting positive behavioral change.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with applicable state licensure requirements.
• Experience working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder or related developmental conditions.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work respectfully within diverse family and team cultures.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, including travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
