Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide on-site ABA services at Flourish ABA Learning Center in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role includes conducting functional behavior assessments, designing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs. The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions based on ongoing progress monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, providing parent education and support, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all services align with ethical and clinical best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Psychology and Behaviour Management to address challenging behaviours and promote skill development.
- Candidates should possess experience in Parent Education to coach caregivers in implementing strategies across home and community settings.
- Current BCBA certification and adherence to Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines.
- Relevant master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental conditions.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and clinical accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI, and to manage a caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment.
