Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to join our team in Franklin, VA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will also work closely with families, schools, and treatment teams to achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes for children with autism.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions

• Provide parent and caregiver training

• Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams

• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards

• Help children achieve meaningful and lasting outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for helping children and families succeed
