Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Best Ever ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing individualized behavior therapy plans, mentoring and supervising BCaBAs and RBTs, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized behavior therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions
- Mentor and supervise BCaBAs and RBTs, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional care and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay current with industry developments, research, and best practices to continuously improve services
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Minimum 0 years of experience in autism-specific services
- Ability to travel to clients' homes and other locations as needed
- Strong clinical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
