Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Looking for Senior BCBA or Clinical Director

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Appropriate state licensure or certification, where required.
• Experience providing ABA services and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, data collection, and evidence-based ABA practices.
• Experience supervising and training RBTs or behavior technicians preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care.
