Little Bridge Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the greater San Antonio, TX area.

Our model is centered around BCBA direct clinical care .
You provide all direct ABA treatment for your assigned clients
Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and see the impact of your work firsthand
- On-site (In-Home services) in the greater San Antonio, TX area
- Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099 Contract
- $70–$80/hour (based on experience)
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
- CPR certification
- Professional liability insurance
Preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
Benefits are available based on employment type (W-2 or 1099).
