Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Intervention for Autism. Responsibilities:



  • Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with ASD, ages 2-21, in various settings, including home, school, and clinic

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and training

  • Supervise and mentor junior therapists and BCBA candidates

  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy


Requirements:



  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligibility for certification

  • Experience working with individuals with ASD and their families

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
