Salary: 85k-95K
We seek a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services, mentor a team of RBTs, collaborate with families, and design individualized treatment plans in a client-centered, real-world setting.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that work in real life, not just on paper
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs
- Work with families to set meaningful goals, measure progress, and celebrate wins
- Ensure ethical, compassionate care aligned with best practices in ABA
- Collaborate with a clinical team that values your insight, voice, and vision
What We're Looking For
- BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children or teens with autism
- A heart for families and a head for data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and a commitment to ethical care
