Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence‑based assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
- Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
- Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high‑quality clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA and Utah LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence.
- 2‑3 years experience conducting initial assessments – Must be a BCBA with demonstrated experience.
- Passion for compassionate care – Commitment to delivering high‑quality ABA services.
