- Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
- Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
- Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification — required
- 2–3 years of experience conducting initial assessments
- Demonstrated history of conducting initial assessments
- Passion for compassionate care and commitment to high-quality ABA services
