As a BCBA you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from2-28 years old) and developing treatment plans to support theirbehavioral health needs.
Duties
- Conduct patientassessments to determine behavioral needs
- Develop and implementindividualized behavior intervention plans
- Provides frequent andquality supervision for RBTs/BTs
- Collect and analyze data to monitorprogress and adjust treatment plans accordinglyMaintain accuratemedical documentation and records of client care
- Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Train a team of BTs/RBTs and midlevel supervisors
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques
- Strongunderstanding of medical records and documentation
- Excellentcommunication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinaryteams
