Ampersand Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a school-based position in **Charleston, SC**.**Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $70/hour, W2) + flexible part-time schedules* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses**What You’ll Do*** Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs)* Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety* Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals* Supervise RBT* Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets* Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices**What We’re Looking For*** **MUST HAVE: National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)*** Experience with behavior management, and data collection**About Ampersand Therapy**Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
