Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Position Summary
Seeking a BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services across home, school, and community settings. The role involves clinical assessment, treatment planning, staff supervision, caregiver training, and data-driven case management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct FBAs and behavioral assessments.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior therapists.
- Provide caregiver training and support.
- Monitor data and adjust treatment programs.
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, educators, and other professionals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Florida licensure, where required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
