We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in YUMA, Arizona.
About the Role
As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a crucial role in planning, developing, and implementing effective treatment plans for individuals with ASD. You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide individualized support, training, and guidance to our clients and their families. Your expertise and dedication will help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct ABA program management for children with autism spectrum disorders
- Conduct initial assessments, supervise, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with clients' treatment teams and families to improve communicative, social, and behavioral outcomes
- Facilitate parent training and support families in accessing community resources
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Must be willing to complete or have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
- Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR & First Aid certification
- Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
- Bilingual is a plus
