Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What sets us apart:

• Ongoing supervisor training for BCBAs and Assistant Clinical Supervisors on various topics (e.g., working effectively with parents/other professionals, programming, leadership skills, writing goals/reports, advanced programming, etc.)

• Open and efficient communication with Behavior Technicians (BTs), Assistant Clinical Supervisors, and Directors via monthly coffee check-ins

• Extensive initial and ongoing training for our BTs, allowing BCBAs to focus on progressing goals during overlaps instead of teaching basic ABA techniques

Compensation :$80,000 to $90,000
Location:
We are looking for a BCBA in our Westminster Region to serve the following areas:
- Los Alamitos, Long Beach, Seal Beach, Sunset Beach, West Garden Grove, Westminster, Cypress, Rossmoor, La Palma, Bolsa Chica.
