The organization offers a multidisciplinary model of care that includes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy for children with autism, developmental delays, behavioral challenges, and communication disorders.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - WASHINGTON DC
• Our client is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing ABA team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Analyze client data and adjust programming to maximize progress.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and insurance-required reporting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech and Occupational Therapists.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies.
