Responsibilities
- Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care
- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
- Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance
- Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- State LBA license (required or in process)
- Experience developing and implementing ABA programs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus
