What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians
• Train staff and monitor treatment fidelity
• Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
• Provide compassionate support to families
• Prepare progress reports and documentation

Requirements

• Active BCBA LBA certification (required)
• 2-3 years ABA Experience
