Job Details
What you will be doing:
- Develop, implement, and ABA plans for adults with developmental disabilities
- M-F day seeing residents in group homes, also seeing adults in a day program setting
- Provide coaching to staff in group home on an ad hoc basis
Skills you need:
- License, or eligible to be licensed, as a BCBA in New Jersey
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities highly preferred
- Group home experience preferred, but not required
