What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services delivered in our clinic
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes
• Ensure services meet funding, accreditation, and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current Missouri licensure (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
