Job Summary
At Yes ABA Therapy, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and provide guidance on implementing ABA strategies in the home setting
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, including those related to certification and licensure
Compensation And Schedule
- Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
