Job Details:

• Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Morton, PA
• Setting: School
• Pay Range: $50.04 - $52.54 hourly
• Schedule: 37.5 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
• Contract Length: School Year
• Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly
• Preferred: 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required
• Requirements: Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
• Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
• Conducting student assessments and contributing to the development of education plans
• Supporting classroom staff with behavioral strategies and interventions
