Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques

- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members to enhance skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans as needed
