Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Ro Health is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school-based behavioral health team. This role primarily focuses on supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensuring high-quality implementation of individualized behavior plans. You’ll play a vital part in coaching, retraining, and supporting staff to help students effectively meet their behavioral goals.

Position Details

• Location: North County San Diego
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Pay: $50 per hour
• Work Setting: In-person across multiple school sites in North County
• Paid mileage and drive time between school sites

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs across assigned school sites
• Conduct in-person and virtual supervision sessions as needed
• Develop, review, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) when requested by school districts
• Participate in incident reporting, provider retraining, and behavioral data analysis
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assist in cohort support, training initiatives, and performance improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Ro Health standards

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Completion of the 8-hour supervision training (required for RBT supervision)
• Master’s degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related course work
• 5+ years of experience in special education, childcare, or ABA (preferred)
• Reliable transportation with willingness to travel between school sites throughout North County San Diego
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
