What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at AIM, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that empower clients to reach their full potential. Your expertise will help guide our team and ensure the highest quality of care. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
