Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)We are seeking independent, certified BCBAs to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area. This is an in-person role supporting a rapidly expanding organization with plans to scale across multiple states.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee a caseload of approximately 8-10 clientsDeliver and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) servicesEnsure 25 billable hours per weekDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plansSupervise and support RBTs and other clinical staffMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirementsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsRequirements:Active BCBA certificationMust be independent and fully certified (no supervision candidates at this time)Ability to work on-site (no remote option)Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsBenefits:All Standard Benefits are Included
