Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking adedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking tomake a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.
The position includes responsibilities such astreatment planning ,remote or in-person clinical supervision ,parent training ,assessments andteam meetings . Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation
$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualizedtreatment plans tailored to client goals.
Provide remoteor in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
Conductremote or in-person parent training sessions.
Attendteam meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
Work acrosshome, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
Maintain compliance withHIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies .
Qualifications
Active BCBA Certification from theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .
Master’s degree inABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field .
Experience intreatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills , with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
