We are seeking adedicated and goal-driven BCBA looking tomake a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such astreatment planning ,remote or in-person clinical supervision ,parent training ,assessments andteam meetings . Our services are deliveredin-home, in daycares, and in schools across Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation

$85.00 - $100.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualizedtreatment plans tailored to client goals.

  • Provide remoteor in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.

  • Conductremote or in-person parent training sessions.

  • Attendteam meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.

  • Work acrosshome, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.

  • Maintain compliance withHIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies .

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification from theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) .

  • Master’s degree inABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field .

  • Experience intreatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills , with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

  • Must live in/within 50 miles of GA!
