Position Overview

Join Action Behavior Centers as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package from $86,500 to $122,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Monthly Performance Bonuses: un capped bonuses rewarded for impact without waiting months.
• Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for providing supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
• Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children.
• No Non‑Compete Clauses.

Education and Support

• Continuing Education: Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
