Galaxy ABA Therapy is growing our Northern Virginia team and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Arlington, VA area. You'll be part of a clinician-led practice providing thoughtful, family-centered in-home ABA services to clients ages 2–21 throughout the DMV.

What You'll Do
- Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Oversee, train, and provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Use data to monitor client progress and refine treatment programming
- Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and outside providers to support each client's goals
- Practice in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines and internal clinical standards
What We're Looking For
- BCBA certification, current and in good standing with the BACB
- Virginia LBA license, or eligibility to apply for one
- Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for in-home visits
Nice to Have
- Background in home-based ABA service delivery
- Working knowledge of the Northern Virginia / DMV area and local school systems
- Spanish/English bilingual ability
- Clinical experience spanning early intervention through adolescent and young adult populations
