Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
- Deliver ABA therapy and monitor progress both in-person and remotely
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to align goals
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
