Looking for a BCBA role where you can actually see the impact of your work? Where data-driven decisions lead to measurable client progress? Our Houston clinic is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who thrives on results and values evidence-based practice. With a manageable caseload of 10-12 clients maximum, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with each client and family while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve. The BCBA role involves designing individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA techniques, implementing programs, and collaborating with clients, families, and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments using various tools including direct observation, interviews, and standardized tests to gather critical information about behavior patterns
  • Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans with measurable goals and evidence-based strategies
  • Monitor client progress through continuous data collection and analysis, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on outcomes
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing guidance to ensure high standards of care
  • Educate family members on effective behavioral strategies to promote skill generalization across settings
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure consistent application of intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with BACB ethics code and regulatory requirements
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices through professional development activities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Completion of BACB-approved coursework and supervised fieldwork requirements

Certification & Licensing

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Active BCBA certification with no disciplinary actions or restrictions
  • Compliance with all BACB ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards
  • Current compliance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements for practicing BCBAs in Texas
  • Professional liability insurance coverage

Professional Skills

  • Proven experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven clinical decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience supervising and training behavior technicians or other professionals
  • Knowledge of evidence-based ABA techniques and current best practices

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range (Based on Experience):

  • Entry-Level (0-1 year post-certification): $65,000 - $75,000
  • Early Career (1-3 years): $70,000 - $80,000
  • Mid-Career (3-5 years): $75,000 - $85,000
  • Experienced (5-10 years): $80,000 - $95,000
  • Senior-Level (10+ years): $90,000 - $110,000+

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
