Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $84,500 – $120,000 annually plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
• Monthly performance bonuses, sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, and certification bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinically sound treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with families on goal setting, progress tracking, and celebrating growth.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.

• Clear advancement path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → etc.
• Continuing education: 10+ CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and paid days for CEU events.

Required Qualifications

Board certification as a BCBA is required. Experience supervising clients and RBTs is preferred. Proof of renewed certification must be provided at hire.
