Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
  • BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, rewarding impact without waiting for eligibility.
• Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month and up to 16 assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Your Role

• Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
