Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package : from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Overall compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
• BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses : Uncapped bonuses, rewarded for impact.
• Sign On Bonus : Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses : Earn bonus pay for supervision of RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses : Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Packages : Available to ease transition expenses.

Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance

• Remote Work Benefit : Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
• Schedule : Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One : Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
• Manageable Caseloads : Support up to 3 children.

Your Role

• Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
