Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:
- $90,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
- Performance‑based bonus opportunities
Job Types:
Full‑time · Part‑time · Contract
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
- Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to client‑centered care and teamwork
Location:
- Primary service area: Berryville, Harrison AR
- Hybrid model: in‑home services with flexibility for remote documentation
