What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Clinical Assessments & serve as the first clinical point of contact for new families entering ALP services
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth or in person, based on client needs and location
- Select and administer appropriate assessment tools to develop a comprehensive clinical picture
- Design Treatment and Level-of-Care Plans by creating individualized, function-based treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Determine and document level-of-care recommendations aligned with clinical best practices and payer requirements
- Communicate clinical recommendations clearly and compassionately to families
- Guide families through the assessment-to-services transition, supporting engagement until ongoing ABA services begin
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Clinical Directors, and regional leadership to ensure smooth clinical handoffs
- Provide Flexible Clinical Support
- Complete all required assessment reports and supporting documentation accurately and on time in CentralReach
- Enter initial programs and goals to support seamless transition to the assigned Case Supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Note: this position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/ VZV during onboarding (we will pay for these)

- Total Annual Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year including bonuses
- Base Salary: $82,000 to $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography
- Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus plus attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years)
- Hybrid Role: Combination of in-person supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of in-home cases
- Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; Clinical Development team offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support
- Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives

- Flexible Schedule: Work-from-home opportunities with Mon-Fri mornings/afternoons up to 6pm; occasional evenings until 8:30pm; no Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions
