Job Type: BCBA – Part-time (in-home / in-school)
Pay: Starting at $80/hour, with automatic increases as your caseload grows

BCBA Position Summary

Springboard ABA seeks a highly motivated, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering individualized, research-based ABA therapy to children and families in their homes and schools. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to decide how many clients you take on.

BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Write treatment plans and behavior plans tailored to each client’s needs and supported by data.
• Oversee RBTs in the field with regular observations, data checks, hands-on coaching, and feedback.
• Train parents and caregivers, and stay in regular contact with families, teachers, and outside providers.
• Keep session notes, graphs, incident reports, and authorizations accurate and submitted on time.

BCBA Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
• Prior ABA experience in any setting is a plus
• Clear, professional communication with families and staff
• Confidence in assessments, treatment planning, supervision, and parent collaboration

BCBA Compensation

• $80/hour for your first 2 clients
• Automatic rate increase for every 2 clients you add to your caseload
